1. Damaged Products After Shipment

If a product is damaged after shipment, additional fixing charges will apply. We recommend inspecting your product upon delivery to ensure it is in good condition. If you notice any issues, please contact our customer support immediately.

2. Custom Orders

For all custom orders, 100% payment is required upfront. Custom orders are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the product. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

3. Order Changes

After placing an order, you may change it within two (2) days of the order date. Changes requested after this period may not be accommodated, especially if the product is already in production or shipment.
